New Construction Defect: Exposed Roof Sheathing
The photo above shows a brand new roof that was never completed and never checked by the Builder. Exposed plywood sheathing without flashing cover has resulted in a roof leak and water damage to the master bathroom below.

Unfortunately, construction defects such as this are a common occurrence that often go uncorrected.
